Steam-cooked vegetables. Ready to Eat.

Open the pack, rinse and serve. No peeling, no cooking, no waiting. Steam-cooked potatoes, carrots and beetroot with no preservatives.

Steam-cooked potatoes

The 100% potato

The rule is simple: you buy 10 kg of finished product and exactly 10 kg ends up on your guests’ plates. No peelings, no waiting and none of the weight loss you fight with traditional cooking.

Potatoes take up about a third of the plate in a main course. With Ready to Eat you cover that third with minimal effort and know your portion cost to the cent.

No fridge, no preservatives

We pasteurise the vegetables in their packaging, like home preserves. So although they contain no preservatives, they do not need to be refrigerated, which saves space in your cold room. The best-before date is on the label.

Where they work best

  • as a side dish, heated or pan-fried
  • baked jacket potatoes
  • salads and slaws, beetroot relish
  • bakes and oven dishes
  • catering and buffets where serving time matters

New potatoes look appetising all year round, and portion packs leave no leftovers to throw away.
