Peeled and steam-cooked carrots

We sow deeply coloured varieties without a dry core. They are sweeter and juicier than supermarket carrots.

Carrots are where it all began. In 1996 we delivered them to a juice bar in Gdańsk Old Town, and that is where someone asked whether we could deliver them already peeled.
